I bought 400 gold coins & how ever much silver coins for 2.99 & I bought it twice & I go to shop for stuff & the coins arent even there!!! Im very mad at you guys because you didnt give me what I paid for thank you secret builders Im never going on youre app or website again & if youre curious my name on there is mckaylaxo19

The app wont even let me pass the loading screen which says "New User" or "Returning User". Please fix that, cuz this app actually looks decent.

The website version is way better. The app has way too many bugs. The fashion show doesnt even work. I cant like people or send gifts. And I cant get any notifications or see which of my friends are online!! Fix this problem and the app would be very excellent and youd get my 5 stars.

The app is extremely out of date I cant even create an account. Dont download unless its updated or it basically wont work.

Okay so I got the app and I could log on and everything. Then I went to the fashion show and clicked shop. It would load so I tried exiting and it didnt work. So I closed out of the app. Then I tried again and tried to tap on someone to trade. I JUST WALKED OVER TO THEM! I could tap on them and the map doesnt even work! Im extremely disappointed

It crashed quickly, it wouldnt let me click on people... I want to be able to receive gifts, gift people, trade, sell, like people, and let us go to fawads pool. Like, just update this app. Its about time. Update it please. Make it exactly like the computer version if you can, or very similar. Otherwise its ok I guess.

I love the website but I was completely disappointed by the app. Im really not trying to be mean: I just really think that this app either needs some SERIOUS bug fixes or no one will keep it on their phone. Im certainly not keeping it.

I was new and I was looking at the emotions and this guy game over and said omg ur so stpd and I know stpd means stupid. And then he and this girl kissed! EWWWWW!! They were playing truth or dare and the girl said I dare u to ks someone and then he said ks you I was not welcome on this game and i bought a pet on the computer version and when I got mobile it was replaced by monster boogrs!

I wish i could check my mail and be able to log into any server i want where there is ppl.

So this app isnt good because 1 it puts you on the server with the least amount of people. 2 you cant click on anyone so u cant like or anything. 3 it lags like crazy. 4 theres nothing to do when theres nobody there. Do t download. Ripoff

Okay, so I played this game in my computer, and it was great. When I saw the two stars review I was like, " what?!! This game is awesome!" When I tried to get on, it was loading. I waited for more than ten minutes and it didnt work. ☹️disappointed.

It is clear that they try very hard to make this a good app for mobile devices, but the online version is better, so if you have problems with the app, try to the online version, you wont be disappointed!
